Buffalo Wild Wings - Leavenworth

Great food but the smell of urine is in the air, although even where I live it smells the exact same way.

My husband and I order alcoholic drink I got mine without a straw and he didn’t get his for 20 minutes. He ordered a nacho brisket and I ordered cheese sticks and traditional 10 piece wings. He got his nachos and I got my cheese sticks. His nachos barely had any brisket on them and I didn’t get my wings for 20—30 minutes later. It wasn’t the waitress fault. We will not be comeback for a while.

They must have been short staffed. My wings were Mango Habanero and it was impossible to get someone to fill up our pop. Finally, my husband went to the drink station and refilled our drinks. No big deal. We'll still go there!

Not personally a fan of sports themed establishments, but it wasn't strictly speaking a bad atmosphere. Service on point, food was good.

This place needs better management. Somehow despite having people work here there seems to be no hostess and a general lack of service. I'm not sure why we come back to this location. The one we go to on the Missouri side is always hopping and the servers are ON it. Perhaps not enough staffing, but I see quite a few bodies. This place is pretty rough.
