Marco's Pizza - League City

Pizza and cheesy bread always good. Phone in service usually good. This past order, guy on phone could not comprehend 2 topping large pizza....black olives on whole pizza and sausage on one half pepperoni other half. Wanted to charge for three toppings, then 3 halfs?, then he said... sorry...finally got it boss . Ended up with half black olives and other half black olives, sausage and pepperoni.If someone answers your call and calls you boss during order, hang up and call different Marcos.

I walked into this location and asked the cashier to give me a minute to look over the menu. When I was ready to order I let him know and he told me to give him a minute because he had to finish drawing a picture first. I thought I didn't hear him correctly so I leaned over the counter to look at what he was doing and he was literally just doodling on the back of a random receipt. He eventually took my order after he finished his drawing then had to swipe my card multiple times. While doing so I asked if it was a problem with my card or his system and he continued to ignore my question. He ended up giving me back my card and I walked out. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Marco's Pizza before.

Our pizza was a little salty this go round. Subtracted a food star.

Had a great experience ordering pizza from them. It was easy, fast, and the driver was friendly. Food tasted great. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered my pizza I was told it would take 15min I was the only customer in the store and my pizza sat for another 15min while the cashier sat on his phone and never handed me my pizza. It took another employee to realize I had been in there for over 30min at this point to hand me my pizza. While I was waiting for my pizza, they were making pizza for themselves
