Good restaurant in the center. speciality of the region the knight omble very good. terrace pleasant service impeccable
Pointe Percée is definoitaely a cut above the average ski resort restaurant for the area. There is a reasonable choice of a la carte dishes beyond the normal pizza or burger offerings, but havig said that, the burgers here are very good.
We were tempted by the menu which had some classic dishes but not in a tourist trap kind of way. The service was friendly and super helpful with a lot of patience with our terrible French skills. We shared a starter of Burrata and tomato salad. This exceeded expectations with a selection of beautiful local tomatoes, home made pesto, a super creamy burrata and the most garlicky garlic bread. The extra surprise was a tomato and basil sorbet so delicious! The re imagined beouf tartare was Japanese influenced with sesame, soy and wasabi superb. The piece de beouf some 300gm was cooked to perfection in a delicious beef sauce and hot, crispy potatoes wedges with the skin on. The sun going down on the mountains made the perfect back drop. Just lovely.
