We ate here while staying at the Mercure Parly 2. They offered a 20% discount while staying at the hotel. We ordered a dinner which had main dish, drink and either dessert or appetizer for 16 Euros. What heinerklingle doesn't like about Del Arte Le Chesnay:
We ordered an 'osso bucco ' and a calzone. The osso bucco was tiny (but not its price) and the calzone was pale, soft as rubber, not-crusty on the outside and half-baked. When asked the waitress about it, she confronted us, saying that 'it just came out of the oven '. Was told that there was not available seat while plenty of them were empty, no one to greet you and take care of you at the entrance if you happen to enter through the one from the mall side, there are 2 entrances. We left to another restaurant...
Though the salad was okay. This place is overwhelmed by the crowds in the mall and was not really together. Maybe because we were tired tourists, and were in the land of wonderful food, but we were really disappointed.
Visited here last week whilst saying at the Mercure Parly 2 over the road. Nice meals (I had the Pizza Roma) at reasonable prices. Unfortunately wasn't aware about the 20% discount but my experience was very good nevertheless.
Excellant sevice. Waitress most informative,menu in english if requested. A wait for meal,as cooked to order. Lasgane was superb as was the wine. Waitress advised and a great choice. Gluten and veggie available.
This is a good restaurant in a nice shopping mall. Good choice and service with some good prices. Good for business lunch, families diners or single pizza.
