Happy discovery, by pure chance! The staff are very friendly and efficient. The very pleasant setting. The breathtaking view of the valley makes you completely forget the road to the side. Only small remark: homemade fries would complete the picture. Very good experience Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When a restaurant fills up on a weekday at lunch time with mostly local customers you know you have found a gem. Absolutely fabulous authentic pizzas and a great lunch time idea to have a half pizza with a green salad. Very reasonably priced food and wine. No price gouging here like so many other restaurants closer to the coast. Super friendly service as well.
As local residents we were looking forward to the reopening of the restaurant after a couple of years closure. We were led to believe that the restaurant was under new ownership/management. What a terrible disappointment. We ordered Caesar salads which were to say the least, the worst Caesar I have ever had on the Côte d’Azur. Never have I left one restaurant to go to another for lunch but today….. The salad, (let’s not fool ourselves, there was nothing Caesar about it), was devoid of seasoning, no croutons, packet morsels of chicken, (about 8 3cm tiny slices per plate), dressed in water and a sloppy lettuce rather than the expected Romain crispy lettuce normally served as Caesar was delivered. When I asked for Caesar dressing, I was told there wasn’t any. Hmmmm. Doesn’t Caesar salad normally come with the garlicky, anchovy dressing? Frankly, if you can’t get a salad right, why the hell would I try anything else on the menu. Huge no from me. Not worth a second try. Wouldn’t recommend. Honestly, there are so many restaurants in the area, keep driving and look for another. We drove on to La Saute du Loup and had a fabulous meal there. Shame we didn’t go with our gut feeling and go there first.
During our three week tour of Provence and the French Riviera, we had a delightful lunch here in mid-July 2022. The place was charming and the service friendly. We appreciated the shaded outdoor seating and nice view. My husband had a tasty pizza and I had a pasta dish. Yum!
Very nice welcome, good service, honestly priced, lovely mountain view. Beef was tender, gratin dauphinois was good :
We had a nice meal here. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. Wine was good and good value. Service was friendly. Could spruce the terrace up a bit to make it more appealing but overall would recommend for a no frills tea time option with the family
