I have been going to this restaurant since I was ten. I LOVE IT. The food here is amazing and the people who run the place are the best. I honestly couldn?t recommend it more highly. Thank you so much, Cindy! View all feedback.
What Brigitte Nitzsche doesn't like about Little Orient:
Very little distinguishable flavor. Fried Rice that came with my combo was just rice and soy sauce. Slow service for the number of people there. Cup of soup that came with the combo was pretty small. View all feedback.
Dreadful eating, service not much better. eating it seems to be sitting for hours until someone hopefully buys it. don't waste your money or your time.
We got takeout and the main dishes were beyond the Bland. The cream sauce with the walnut was just... not good. The rice was also boiled and bitter. We were disappointed and threw everything away. The only thing we liked was the sesame balls. It's not worth going back.
Asked if they were making Singapore noodles, they said a Lomein version, but they certainly did not. It is a curry based glass / Vermicelli type noodle with bean sprouts, onions and celery along with curry. Not the lame version of soy sauce extra black pepper noodles that you have given with anyone you might think of. If you do not know how to make it, do not say that you do not exist the version you have made, but in your own head. Next time!
Twice as much paid and the food was terrible. I never go there again.
That's what you'd expect. This is NOT to say you should skip it. If you are a solid, go to Chinese restaurant it is a good option. I never had a bad experience and the food quality was always solid. Nothing about it, but a good option. Do not put high expectations, but it will fall directly into what you want and expect from a take Chinese restaurant.
