I went through the journey today at 1 o'clock, there was a man who was driving, who wut, register and delivery of food. I wish I got his name. he was absolutely amazing. definitely worth going back, just for its fantastic service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I typically have no issues with Wendy's, but unfortunately I found a piece of hair in my food that did not belong to me. I had to skip breakfast this morning because I couldn't leave work, and I will not be returning to Wendy's in the future. View all feedback.
I ordered a spicy chicken combo with sweet tea and water, along with some sauces. However, I was given a grilled chicken combo instead, without the water, and was charged extra for the sauces. I have never been charged for sauces before and they added it to my bill without my consent.
Today at 1pm, I visited the restaurant's drive-thru. There was a man who was multitasking, handling the drive-thru orders, managing the register, and also distributing the food. I regret not asking for his name, as his service was exceptional. I definitely recommend returning to this restaurant for his excellent customer service.

Every time I visit this place, the food is always hot, fresh, and served quickly. However, the service from the women could be friendlier towards customers. They are not necessarily rude, just not very personable or welcoming.
I go to this Wendy's every morning on weekdays to purchase a honey butter chicken biscuit for a friend. The staff always greets me warmly at the intercom and when I arrive at the window. The ladies working there are awesome and their dedication to serving customers is evident. Keep up the great work, team!
