Frisch's Big Boy Restaurants

Although the food at this restaurant may not always be top-notch, Sammie consistently provides excellent service. She always gets our orders correct and her customer service is exceptional. Her friendly personality and warm smile make dining here a pleasant experience. I highly recommend requesting Sammie as your server, as you will not be disappointed with the service she provides.

I had such a great experience with my server named Pete today. I was having a rough day and I came in with my daughter to get some ice cream. He was so kind to us. Its people like him that make the world a better place! Thanks Pete.

The service at the checkout counter was a bit slow. Despite three people seeing me waiting and standing there, it took a while for a waitress to finally come and assist me after a few more customers had paid. However, the food was good and tasty, and the waitress was lovely. It was unusual to have four different people serving us instead of the usual one, but it wasn't a terrible experience. I would definitely consider returning.

Our family is in the city of Illinois, California and Michigan; we all agreed that our waitress Amber was the best waitress each of us had in a very long time! She was friendly, knew the menu well, made great suggestions for what to get, and made sure we had full drinks constantly (as well as everything we might need). She is a real jewel they work there!! The food was fine (pretty normal food) but the service was amazing!

Service was good. Although it seemed not enough staff, the servers that work here have done an excellent job. They were friendly, attentive and kept up with their customers. The breakfast bar and salad bar were delicious!
