I had to update my rating. This place is now a fantastic café! Since the new management took over in February 2020, the quality has really improved. The same owners as Rockbank BP are running it, and the food is excellent! Make sure to try the fried chicken, prepared fresh starting at 8 AM, but be warned—it sells out quickly.
