We were staying at a local B&B. Our hostess made this recommendation. The location is right at the base of the Chateau, simply beautiful and peaceful. The first night we had the 'salad ' and foie. The foie was cooked simply and perfectly.Our best foie we...have ever had.Her secret is the great ingredients she sources and her cooking techniques. She lets the food speak for itself.
