The Kings Head - Launceston

Amazing landlord. Nothing's too much trouble. Amazing food... highly recommend the Cajun chicken and the best steak and Sunday roast. The local criminal never gets disappointed.

Absolutely ingenious place. Stay for three nights during holidays from Australia. The rooms were upstairs. Beer was cold and food was excellent. Very recommended.

The food and the staff were both excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. Big thumbs from me.

We love the Kings Head carvery and the desserts to die for ! Its the best carvery for miles with special attention paid to every customer by the friendly carvery lady ! The vegetables are perfect. I am critical being a good cook myself and often hate the half cooked veg put out by some establishments. We cant fault your meals and sometimes more than happy to have ours at the bar tables. Dont change anything you are doing. Where was my junket this week though ?? xx
