the restaurant is very nice as it looks like a rustic villa in the interior. the staff had an excellent customer service. the rib-eye plate was perfectly diced and cooked. they do not have a child menu, but they are accredited by sharing the plate when several children are with them. if they are in laughlin, nw is one of the best restaurants in the city. Terrible experience. Food was mediocre at best. Service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes before our waiter came to take drink order. Frankie was amazing and welcoming but our server Dwayne was horrific and very rude. While eating my soup that came 45 minutes later, I almost swallowed a huge piece of plastic. The waiter didnt even apologize when I showed him. I got my glass of wine I ordered an hour later when the m... View all feedback.
If you want excellent food, this is the place you want to go to. Are Server was Ann-Marie, Spot on with service. Very relaxing, always it is. Dinner was of course very good. We like to eat there. Peaceful
First we ordered a 4-course meal for 2 which came out to 40$. Plus a calamari appetizer which was 8$. Wait was short, place was very elegant with no major dress code. Our first part of our meal was three types of bread with three different butters. Second, large personal salad. Next, our calamari. Fourth, sherbet spoon while we waited. In addition, we chose house wine to have with our meal (came with deal). Fifth, our two main meals. Last, our lemon cake for desert. Overall every part of our meal was amazingly great.
Went there with high Hopes of treating my wife on the Vday, reading the reviews and seeing past rewards. Unfortunately turned out to be mediocre experience. No complaints about service, although we reserved a river view table and got a sidewalk view. Then the neighborhood rock n roll country band kicked in and was disturbing enough to ask to be moved. About the food, breadbutter good, Brusheta salty, salad dressing thick, thick, thick. Ordered a bowl of spaghetti meatballs although it was removedfrom the menus, they abliged. Recieved linguine instead, no big deal.no extra charge for the pasta. Chicken parm was about asyoud expect. Unfortunately the lobster tail which was bragged about came to me tough, rubbery, and reminded me of how I muchprefer crab, or just keeping the money in my pocket. Free rose chocolate covered strawberry at the end.
Bret who is the supervisor of this establishment is a disrespectful, rude piece of ****. He needs to take his personal issues and leave them at home and not bring them to work. Honestly this establishment would be way better if he wasn't there.
Terrible experience. A group of us went to dinner to celebrate a birthday. Our waiter was obviously having a terrible day, I did not see him crack a smile the entire time. We waited over an hour for our meal. When we finally got our meals the food seemed decent, although my bfs food was still cooking? Along with my asparagus? Odd. My food in particular was terrible, I ordered scallops and asparagus. My scallops were so over cooked and rubbery..they were laying on a bed of rice pilaf? It seemed more like a pile of mush with scattered mushrooms. At the end of the meal our waiter brought out chocolate covered strawberries..and you wouldn't believe what came a long with that. A CRICKET! We had a cricket jumping across our table and in our food. Never have I had such a horrible experience.
