If you're looking for a satisfying meal, I wouldn't recommend this place. The portions were really small; the meat and rice combined barely filled two tablespoons. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I'm really disappointed that we decided to come here. The Lathrop location offers extremely small servings. Wish I didn't have to give a star this place is horrible . Only 2 people working the line . The tall Asian guy with glasses don't know what he doing starts complaining that his eyes are burning and can't roll a burrito and has the other girl roll it that's in charge of starting the bowls burritos she was the only one working he was just Lollygagging letting all the orders just sit there then he walks away letting leaving that poor girl all alone flies landing on open bowl orders . Just horrible so dysfunctional I will never go there again
I don't understand, why do you say you close at 10 and lock the doors at 8:45? Honestly worst experience and I will not be back. I don't like my time being wasted, plus the manager was kicking customers out.
The BEST thing about this Chipotle is their Chipotle Lane, which is basically a drive thru for picking up mobile orders. I have saved SO much time with this option, and don't carry qualms with slower service when going inside. In terms of portions, I've experienced under and over scoops. BUT whoever worked the mobile orders on July 3, 2022, deserves a raise. They were extremely generous with their scoops and for that in combination with the Chipotle Lane, 5 5.
I totally made a mistake not taking a picture of my order, one I got really bad black guacamole threw that out and my order was 2 different quesadillas, mines came out correct a regular cheese quesadilla, my fiancé was a steak quesadilla, guess where the steak was?!? IT WASN'T EVEN IN THE QUESADILLA!!! In his sides!! LMAO!! I'm like WTF does the mobile order?! Can't they read?!!!
Really bad customer service wouldn't recommend anybody going. Take way too long to make your food
