Oh my goodness! The service at this restaurant is anything but fast. The employees move as slow as molasses and the place is total chaos. Despite the workers running around, nothing seems to get done. I had to wait a whole 20 minutes for my lunch. If this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, they should let customers know. Burger king sold me a dream and then this place stood on
Walk-in customers are completely ignored. I understand and respect with the current Covid situation alot of businesses are short staffed, especially fast food. But to see someone walk-in to place their order and completely ignore them is unacceptable. Too many restaurants only focus on their drive-thru customers and forget about the people that take the time and effort to park and walk in to place their orders. I eventually got tired of being ignored and went to Popeyes down the street. They had my order ready within five minutes and I was out the door appreciating great customer service.
I’m sitting in the drive-through, there are three cars in front of me, and we’ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes. I finally just turned my car off. I don’t know what they are doing in the air but they’re certainly not making any food or serving it. Don’t come here if you’re in any kind of a hurry.
Ordered a spicy ch'king with extra pickles and my boyfriend told me to check the order before we left and when I did of course no pickles at all and when we told them they were rude about it
My icee was good my onion rings were hot. I had to go inside cause the drive thru was ridiculous. The customer service was great inside too.
