4.5 stars but round as it was so beautiful here. We sat at a table near the window. I forgot the name of my drink, but it has passion fruit in it. It was delicious. I tried to drink the whisky my friend had and it was also well done. There was a sushi cook that made roles. They were decent. Come for drinks and views.
What User doesn't like about Skybar:
The place is super chic. But to pay A LOT of money just to sit there and enjoy a cocktail which isn’t worth the price yeah it's up to You. Besides the service is super slowy. They judge you before you step one food in. Trust me I really had tried better cocktails same “high end” class for cheaper price and ans well better service.. View all feedback.

We came to watch the sun and the Las Vegas lights come alive. A few drinks before dinner next to the massive floor to ceiling windows offers us a magnificent view. Anthony was our fantastic server and made us really welcome. We ordered the Spanish way, Block 16, Atomic and Pear of Aces for cocktails. A hummus plate with pita bread and fresh vegetables for snack on were perfect before we were out for dinner. I suggest you have reservations.
Last time I was here was when it was part of the Mandarin Oriental. I was concerned that it was now radically different but thankfully, not so. This bar is a nice, quiet oasis from the super packed bars on the heart of the strip with music so loud you can't even hear the person your speaking to. Not to sound snobby, but the crowd is less of the trashy tourist riff raff that you find at other places.the interior is sleek and elegant and truly feels first class. The large windows provide an amazing view of the strip . The cocktail waitresses are understated and classy (e.g., they don't look or act like trashy Hooters waitresses. I was hesitant to write this review since I don't want this bar to turn into a tourist trap but it is a nice hideaway for those who want a break from the action.
I was in town with my wife and our friends and we wanted to check out SkyBar. We called ahead to see if we needed to make reservations and were told we did not need one. When we arrived the hostess looked over at her coworker and said, do you want to deal with this or should I? . Odd, but we didn 't think it was intended at us at the time. She then immediately asked if we had reservations or if we were staying at the Waldorf, to which we said no. She said there was no room inside and we would have to sit at a table in the lobby- still a decent view, but not what we expected. We asked if there would be a possibility to put our names down to get a table inside, but the hostess seemed annoyed and said she would note it . We then found a table in the lobby right next to the window, but we saw half-full drinks and asked if the people who were at this table left or if they would return. She said they 'd probably be back and we should find a different table. We then went over to another table and noticed no one returned to the table we wanted. It wasn 't until we asked our server if the table was available that we were told it was not occupied and we could move there. We ordered our drinks then began noticing more and more people coming in. Some had reservations, but a large majority did not but were welcomed into the bar and seated inside. We were there for roughly 2-3 hours and the hostess never came up to us, but continued letting other parties, without reservations, in. It made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone I know. And if you decide to go here, best to make reservations or be a guest at the hotel. Don 't listen to whoever says you don 't need a reservation
