The food is fresh and delicious. The chicken has a freshly grilled taste to it. Everything is good, especially the teriyaki chicken and the mochiko chicken wings. I was ordering for an office event and the order came to over $120 online. I called and asked the manager and general manager for a promo code, a discount coupon or a free edename on the house. No, no, and no. I called and left a message on corporate's voicemail and they never called me back. I ordered anyway and asked online under special instructions to put our employees name on the to go order box with a sharpie.... View all feedback.
Good is good. Similar to the island but still decent. Would return again just wish they had Dole Ice cream or do some pineapple ice cream style.Food: 5/5
I used to come here all the time. Food is mediocre at best now. What used to be heaping portions has turned into a failure pile in a sadness bowl. Food was hot and the service was friendly. The pork was soft and juicy, but the chicken teriyaki had been sitting for a little too long. All in all for the price, the food was good. Nice size portions.This is cafeteria style service. Plenty of seating available. Clean bathrooms when I was there.
Great little shop! The staff were super courteous and answered all my questions. The food was flavorful and the fresh Musubi was absolutely fantastic. The big surprise for me was the kimchi slaw was really good. Great balance of flavors.Food: 5/5
The food was amazing. There were some significant issues with the order, but the issues were handled very well. It seems that they are off to a bit of a rocky start as they just opened, but the food is amazing and based on the way our problems were handled, I have no doubt this 4 star rating will be worthy of a 5 star before long.Food: 5/5
