What User doesn't like about Kfc:
had thru driving today and ordered 12 pc huhn and 10 original and 2 crispy. When we came home, we only got 11 small chicken legs and no crispy chicken. I called the load and spoke to the manager named miguel and told him what happened. drove 30mins back into the load, as my wife is pregnant and longing after the crispy hen. she and gave me the 2pc crispy and a soda! how serious? with all comfort, frustration and gas,... Food was fresh and hot. The clerk was courteous , prompt
KFC is one of my favorites....I ordered the Chicken Tenders and fries. It comes with a buttermilk biscuit which is super fluffy and really buttery. Overall a good lunch.
The food was ok but we waited 35 mins to receive our food and our cashier was dragging his feet and leaning sideways as if it were to much to wait in us ,we had planned to eat in and asked for plates and he said we don't stick those.. highly dissatisfied so no more kfc
My husband and I went to the one on West Lake Mead at 9:30 last night we ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large coleslaw cost $17.31 got home couldn't eat any of it the chicken was burnt to a crisp the slaw was turning brown and dry when we pulled up I told them I had to run over a baking sheet they said yeah we're checking your speed? And ignored me Until the food was handed to me I'm so sorry we wasted our money and I had to cook anyway because we couldn't eat that they were so Just interested when we were there I knew taking it back would be a total loss and more frustration it's sad Kentucky fried used to be my favorite food

Even the customers inside told him that he can do better than that, but he said this is all he could do! customer service!
