Amazing experience today you know the struggle is real what can I say but I pulled up at this KFC on Sahara and Arville in Las Vegas Nevada and I had the pleasure of customer service from Adrian very understanding very patient very kind so I would say you look for someone that you want to eat you have a taste for KFC very good customer service and again Adrian was amazing thanks again and I hope to see you soon View all feedback.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful, and the manager—a man of Asian descent (not that his race matters, just providing a description)—was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Many were so rude and did not want to repair my job, was very grim that they had to hire new postive people. food: 1/5
I spend more than $8 for a small bowl of kartoffel and gravy two pieces huh and a drink after I went home and ate again I will never go back kfc I am 65 years old and I used to go to kfc in the 60s 70s and 80 if a bucket whale with 99 9 not 2599 they men can go into the hell

Whatever you do don't go here I've never seen a more lackadaisical and uncaring staff really one of the worst experiences I've ever had I got all the way home and I didn't even have the right order. But don't bother to call and tell him you didn't get the right order cuz they won't answer cuz don't nobody care I can't believe the incompetence the staff and the only person you can blame is management of management doesn't care there's no way the staff is going to care
Ordered a whole bucket through app, soon they marked it ready for pickup , drove there but was told it 's all sold out. I asked to cancel but they lied that I had to cancel it through app. However I couldn 't because they wrongfully marked it ready . Still charged me full price. I emailed the KFC customer service 11 days ago, never heard back. Fucking thieves.
