Contribute FeedbackThe dining experience at this Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas received mixed reviews from patrons. While some appreciated the attentive service and great food selection at the salad bar, others were disappointed with the chaotic food delivery, quality of the meats, and high prices. Despite the pleasant staff and good variety of meats offered, some diners felt that the overall experience did not live up to expectations. Issues with service and food quality were noted, leaving some customers feeling dissatisfied. The ambiance was also a point of contention, with some guests comparing the experience to eating in a cafeteria. While there were some positive experiences, such as the Prisoner wineries event, overall reviews suggest that there are better Brazilian Steakhouse options in the area.
Very very dissappointing meal free day, the 10th juni in las vegas location. the service was terrible. we had a big party of 11 and in the rule, if someone were to show up with meat, there would be two pieces that are served to the people at the head of the table, which were finally filled up and their card turned red. the rest of us could not get a service, except the sausage type that came over again and again (cost management) we would say, please send them a steak or filet etc. and if they showed up, they would show up with only 2 pieces and never return even if the server would say that. have been included in several Brazilian steak houses before this brand. the other think is to watch that they really push the Waygu beef, that was a $150 add on- they hit two, glad we got only one. this is on the top side of the $65 per person plate charge. the salatable was dissatisfied. there were smoked laughs that should be on it, but it was always empty. bill was over $1200 and I never felt hurt. it was a very disappointing dinner. I should have talked to the manager, but my concerns were ignored by the servers and I hosted the party. the fdc will not return to any place.
Met friends in restaurant for the prisoner wine dinner. it was a great event. fun and eating and service was great.
There for the Prisoner wineries, overall great experience. couple suggestions for restaurant. they have a certain flow as the tables are served, so no one is missed (food.) we could hardly hear the loudspeakers so that we might increase the volume a bit.
Always good to get the meat sweats! Gauchos were great. Regular table service was a bit scarce but all in all a solid experience.
Awesome crew, especially the pregnant team member, she was beyond attentive, and amazing…
