I was here a few weeks ago and it was a mess, unorganized lack of cleaning, and orders would last forever. I was here today and there were several changes that it looks much cleaner and much more organized than before. I met the new managers, Nancy and Lola, they're nice and nice girls. What Thomas Kendall doesn't like about Burger King:
I went to Burger King expecting to just have a quick meal, but everything was disappointing. The burger was overcooked and tasted like burnt cardboard, the fries were undercooked, and the coke had very little syrup in it. View all feedback.
In at 3:20 employees told me that they close in 15 minutes, there is a professional business they should not close early
Absolute worst restaurant in a town of mediocre restaurants bar NONE!!!!The service is absolutely atrocious, otherwise there is nothing wrong with the food. I live in this town and this location has been bad for at least 10 years but it has gotten worse. This review is only about this location and I do not blame the Burger King company other than to say that whatever their process for turning around under performing locations does not work. You can tell corporate has tried to fix this location several times because every year or two the service improves for about a month and then goes back to horrific. I keep trying about once every 3 months because I like several items on the menu but I am done. The only reason to go to this location is to make a Tik-Tok about bad service.
Waited a long time to order through the drive-thru no customers were in the lobby. Food took twenty minutes to come out and all of it was cold even the chicken. The only warm part of the meal was the barely cooked fries. If you can go somewhere else, do it.
Let me start by saying berlinda one of the managers thinks she knows what she's doing but doesn't, she is hiring people who have a records people want to feel safe when they go and eat now we can't cause some of the men in this place has records. NOT A PLACE TO WORK!!!! She will tell you that your off the schedule cause you haven't gone to work or don't stay there till your time. DONT WORK HERE trust me...
I get to the drive thru to order and they took a while to take my order. The girl who took my order said that the register was freezing. So I drive up and pay and she it took a longer time to get my coffee and food. Keep in mind that it's 9 am and I'm the only one in line. So after waiting for about 10 minutes I get my coffee and it was cold. So I tell the girl it was cold and she was going to give me a new one, plus she said she only had 6 sugars because that's all they had. I get my other coffee and it was also cold, I could literally drink it as if it was water. This was the worst service.
