Beautiful place, so clean! They clearly put money back into the place by hiring loads of people, which in turn makes the place beautiful. Someone was polishing the gate, another raking sand, the gardens are lush with not a single weed, another to chase birds away etc. Service was amazing, especially Selene at the Japanese restaurant, Jesùs and Riccardo at Tulum, but all the servers go over and above and learn exactly... Nice room. Marina view was awesome! Pool was lovely. Food a bit pricey. Liked our 2 bedroom with kitchen and laundry. I would return.

Someone was polishing the gate, another raking sand, the gardens are lush with not a single weed, another to chase birds away etc. Service was amazing, especially Selene at the Japanese restaurant, Jesùs and Riccardo at Tulum, but all the servers go over and above and learn exactly how you like your drinks. The room was large and clean, serviced daily. Only thing I would change is to lose the caged tiger, she's clearly bored. Gorgeous sunsets, the pools are lovely, beach beautiful, I'll sure miss Paradise Village when I leave!
