That was my first visit to Peppers. Like another evaluator said, it was a bit confusing because we thought we were at the double eagle that is in the same place. But we were happy with the level of service and the taste of food. I ordered the San Franciscan, the bacon, turkey breast, cheese and very tasteful hatch green chili. It had a little spice, but that made the sandwich extremely delicious. The onion rings I or... View all feedback.

We waited almost 45minutes for our food. Others around us that came in after us and ordered after us, received their meals in a reasonable amount of time. One person in our party had soup and salad and her soup was luke warm. Another person had a sandwich and fries. Neither of these dishes should have taken 45 minutes. The third-party had a Mexican combination plate with one taco, a cheese enchilada and a chili relle... View all feedback.
Peppers came highly recommended. The setting is unique so we were excited to dine there. Our server couldn’t identify the ingredients of a dish I was interested in ordering, actually saying ,”You know. Stuff like that.” So I placed my order and it came with items I didn’t want. He waiting until I had removed the unwanted items before offering to have it remade. The food was less than mediocre. My husband compared his tacos to Taco Bell. I ate it because I was hungry, and went home to make a sandwich.
The server, John, was a very good waiter. the pineapple topped salmon was OHMYGOODNESS good! the beef in the fajitas was NOT good. very bland and slightly tough. and the coconut Flan was good. all in all, a good experience. you can't win them all.
Marvelous place! Beautiful building. Great service delicious meals. Our server told us the history of the place encouraged us to visit the other rooms (Double Eagle).
The vibes at this place are immaculate. Incredible ambiance that made the experience worth it. It had a really cool bar with decent prices for alcohol, except my $20 martini haha, but it was very good. It just depends on what you get, like anywhere else. The service was fine and the food was simply okay. It was very slow and I don't particularly love New Mexican cuisine, but my friend's were not a huge fan of their dishes and even the lobster ravioli and truffle fries were lacking.Pepper's is located inside the Double Eagle, a fancier and more expensive restaurant. If you go to Pepper's, you sit in the indoor courtyard area (refer to photo with margarita Christmas tree). If you go to Double Eagle, you sit in one of the fancy rooms (refer to photo with pink wall and gold ceiling). I believe they have private rooms as well. All that to say, I would just come here for an appetizer with drinks and call it a day. The ambiance alone is worth checking out.
Super delicious food. Nice waiters.clean and cool environment to hang out
