I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing about it for several years. A coworker, who used to work with the franchise, had mentioned that the food is excellent, and I was not disappointed. The dishes were quite delicious and very satisfying. I highly recommend checking out this place in Cruces for a meal. I finally had the chance to go with my mom after a band concert. View all feedback.
What Joshua Sutcliff doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Tasted like chef Mic was working tonight. Had chicken tortilla soup, but the tortilla chips were store-bought and the soup was mid. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.
I haven't gone here in quite awhile, with covid going on I've only recently been getting back into the swing of things. Since today was Free Tea Day I decided to go get one, and then I saw you could order free tea through the app also and do curbside pickup!! I got there and instantly someone walked out and greeted me and asked me about my order. They were happy to help and very quick. As always wonderful tea and good food!
Their sweet teas are always the best. I usually get the nacho platter for the family as an appetizer, then I'll order the jalapeno crunch sandwich with potato salad. I never had McAlister's until I moved to Las Cruces. I prefer them over Jason's deli. My family especially my daughter loves the nachos and tea.

Got here at 7:30 at night. Service was excellent. Food was even better. We will definitely return. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
When in today for lunch and ordered the beta with my side being Mac n cheese and the carrot cake. The sandwich was average. Now the Mac n cheese was the sad part. I think there must have been like 20 noodles and nothing but watery cheese sauce. Wasn't even thick cheese like it should be. I will not be returning again.. wish we had a Panera in Cruces.
