Subway is hit and miss with their bread. Sometimes its big and other times dry. It was dry and not good. The service and sandwiches were great. Don't like bread. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
To make matters worse, my husband realized there were no straws in the bag for our drinks. While that wasn’t a huge issue, my Sprite was completely flat and tasted terrible, with all carbonation and no syrup. I found this really disappointing, especially since running out of syrup for sodas seems to be a recurring problem. The ONLY woman working there was awesome. This isn't about her. My wait time was 17 minutes. For one sandwhich! Lazy management only scheduling 1 person at a time. Why wasn't a manager there to help that wonderful woman?? She was taking orders, fulfilling drive-through, and making fresh bread all with a smile on her face. What is wrong with the manager that he can't be there helping run the store instead if putting all the weight of his business on the shoulders of a woman who makes less than 8$ an hour. Shame on you and I hope no one chooses to work for this company in the future.
Ordered online and only received half my order. And several iteams made incorrectly. I tried calling but all the “sandwich artists were busy” so I went to the store and they told me there was nothing they could do becouse the order was placed online though subways own app. Spent $66 on 4 meals and fees. To get 3 incorrectly made subs and no side and no drinks. Absolutely would not recommend ordering from this subway in person or online. Just a horrible and disappointing experience.
Poor customer service, the little girl behind the counter obviously doesn't like her job and rolling of the eyes at customers . No smiles no greeting of the customer. The Manager or the other employees couldn't mention the promotion of what they are selling said item, and when I asked for said promo a minute after paying I was denied and was told I needed to buy two more subs to get my free sub. When I called to speak to the manager, the manager told me they don't need to tell you about the promotion because it's already posted outside on the billboard and the employees aren't or couldn't be trained to infrom you about the deal and they couldn't do anything about it.
This place is consistently not following directions. LESS means NOT AS MUCH. It does NOT mean DROWN MY FOOD IN 4 GALLONS of condiments. ADD bacon means PUT IT ON THE SANDWICH. Hire a better manager, so that they can do quality control.
I ordered a steak and cheese today from the subway on 3rd st … I had door dashed it due to me being at work for a 10 hour shift . As you can see I ordered extra cheese and received no cheese and I definitely didn’t ask for jalapeños which there was more than a hand full of in just a 6inch portion of my foot long … I’m pregnant and really sensitive to spice right now so would definitely prefer to have what I ordered … went from the best subway in town to the worst.
