I highly recommend this restaurant!! If you want a welcoming, unfussy and welcoming place, it's perfect! The emphasis is on the quality of the cuisine and the welcome, the essentials that we were looking for!! We ate really well and we were delighted with the welcome!!! What Simon Castagnet doesn't like about Le Gypaète:
The value for money compared to the neighboring restaurant, the White Bear, is significantly lower. Children's menu €16 with chicken wings, croziflette which is more creamy than reblochonnous, the Gamay is not at the expected level. Great, hospitable service! We were served very nicely in English. The menu and the local dishes were explained to us very well. We opted for raclette.
