I had not read some so good reviews about this place. but our experience was great! we have an 8-part family meal, with red beans and tears as side. between us we get 3 or 4 meals from it. have the mild version of the huh and liked it better than kfc. the side was also very delicious. so everything in a great experience! Eating is always good, but the workers here were always blah. they do not thank you, they hardly speak at all, they always hurry when you command (is this all? interrupting when they still order, they have tons of employees and they are always talking and ignore the window while they are waiting for her. I've been to this location twice now and I really hope all locations are not like this. Both times I've been through the drive through the employees seem to have bad attitudes and snappy. First experience there was a couple of flies in the bag. Experience today, they forgot to give our drinks so I drove around and walked it. Staff was busy but chatting amongst themselves(totally get this part, glad they get along well) took a bit to get acknowledged, also fine. But while I'm watching towards the food prep and cooks I see a young man, wearing his food prep gloves while putting food into his mouth, never took the gloves off or washed his hands and went back to cooking. With 2 out of 2 negative experiences, I would not return
Disappointed in our $43 meal tonight. Ordered the 12 piece spicy tender family meal. The tenders were cold and more batter than chicken. The large sides, red beans and rice and Mac n cheese, were barely over half full $43 dinner for 2 large sides, 5 biscuits, and 12 cold, over battered tenders). Thankfully we are only a family of two, if not, someone would have still been hungry. Won't return any time soon.

(Don't go here when they're in a hurry and always check their pocket before they go because more than likely something is missing. this time it was the bathroom for my nuggets, which makes the meal in the grunde so I couldn't enjoy it.
