What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Badly organized workers, seemed to be enough staff, but the line for the ride around the entire building was wrapped and the line inside was also long. That was at 3pm-not rush hour! My quarter faces immediately received, but then waited for a mocha-rappe forever - had to finally get their attention and ask for it. I'm not going to visit these McDonalds again. View all feedback.
The customer service that I experienced the night that I got my food was exceptional and both of the workers who attended to me were very swift and seem to possess great customer service skills!
It's McDonald's....you get what you get. Standard McDonald's fare. Food was fresh made to order, great coffee. Prices are higher here than other McDonald's because of it being in a tourist area. Drink station was nasty. Lid dispenser wasespecially gross. Signs that it hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. I let management know before I left.
I know it was late on a Friday evening when we were there, but the service had quite a bit to be desired. The floor was dirty and the tables were sticky. The staff were most likely tired, but could have been a good bit more professional.
Would not honor coupon code from the McDonald?s app. Correct store was selected and a code was given on screen. Told it will not be honored by staff. Don?t waste your time with better options nearby
It's alright for fast food, sometimes it's good and warm, sometimes it's cold and not good. It's a 50/50 for me tbh
