Mcdonald's - Lancaster

Went this morning and asked for a Large Iced French Vanilla Coffee, Add 5 cream, 5 sugar Extra Ice (Only me in the drive thru) -No vanilla -No ice -Coffee taste like water -At least 3 cream 3 sugar Is not the first time! I have order the samething at least 4-5 times and they never do it right! Last time I asked for a Sausage McMuffin -No cheese. One of the employeecame to my car while i was driving, running, to change the sandwich since they gave me the wrong one! I?m sorry, I don?ttypically do this but customers pay for the order to be right!

I 'm so disgusted by this location and the Gm who I watched handle the situation in an unwelcoming matter. There was an employee who cursed out a customer for no reason. Someone had to hold her back, she wanted to charge for this lady. I had my grandson inthere and no one did anything wrong to her for the actions she displayed. There were practically teenagers under 17 running theplace. The woman did nothing wrong and was accused of something that did not happen. That employee is vile and very disturbing.She dropped the F bomb over 7 times while customers who are elderly and children were there. I recorded everything and I willbe contacting corporate. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen and she needs to be fired immediately.

The manger Who is was taking my order. Michael is so professional this guy should definitely be main story manger or more maybe even Corporate manger fast on the order very friendly on point

Went through drive through and got a decent amount of stuff yet wasn't even sent to park and wait. Food was hot, good and quick to come out. Service was good too.
