Mcdonald's - Lancaster

We came to McDonald’s to grab a quick bite. No one was working the front desk, we had to use the kiosk. We spent 30 dollars, just to find out two workers were sick and throwing up. Multiple families were also waiting an extended period of time. A 30 dollar investment waking away is better than my family’s health.

It's McDonald's....you get what you get. Standard McDonald's fare. Food was fresh made to order, great coffee.Prices are higher here than other McDonald's because of it being in a tourist area.Drink station was nasty. Lid dispenser was especially gross. Signs that it hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. I let management know before I left.

Tbh it depends on the food you get, I got a 10 piece nugget meal and it was great. I did ask for honey mustard but didn't receive it so I had to ask again but other than that it was good!My friend however got a cheeseburger and the cheeseburger looked lazily made, with everything out of place and the cheese barely on the burger. His burger was also not hot.

The customer service that I experienced the night that I got my food was exceptional and both of the workers who attended to me were very swift and seem to possess great customer service skills!Food: 4/5

I know it was late on a Friday evening when we were there, but the service had quite a bit to be desired. The floor was dirty and the tables were sticky. The staff were most likely tired, but could have been a good bit more professional.Food: 3/5
