How come this place is open when other resteraunts can't even have outdoor tv dining

I flew in to Palmdale Regional Airport from Los Angeles specifically to eat at this Chuck-E-Cheese and fly back home, and let me tell you, it was worth the trip. This place is a diamond in the rough, easily the best Chuck-E-Cheese on the west coast, and I've eaten at almost all of them

We we are back in town we will visit, the kids loved it here
