This place is absolutely terrible, serving food that is not fit for human consumption!! I ordered a delivery for my grandson and his girlfriend (both 16). The food arrived in a torn bag with hot grease dripping through the bag. The Chips were ice cold, and the chicken was soggy and wet, with the coating falling off. When his girlfriend bit into the chicken, it had black bits inside and she got sick. I tried calling the branch to complain but no one answered. I will be contacting head office in the morning. I wish I could upload pictures to warn others. Sadly, I had to give it 1 star just to continue with the review. Please beware of this place.
Avoid this place at all costs! I got extremely sick from the food here and will be contacting corporate headquarters.
The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. It was inedible, so I gave it to my dog. I will not purchase from this restaurant again. I tried calling but there was no answer. I'm not sure what happened, as I haven't tried KFC in a long time and it used to be delicious.
Every Sunday I have to buy KFC for my clients so they can eat at 11.30 , KFC West Norwood NEVER EVER opens on time making me late for work. The staff offers NO apology they just look in your face. Surely they must have a policy for not opening on time, will contact head office on Monday.
KFC WEST NORWOOD worst KFC, or restaurant generally, I have been to in my life. The staff are all over the place, I cannot believe they get paid to do this. Terrible terrible experience
