First of all the service was amazing. They were very kind, and eager to help the customers in every way possible. I will give 5 stars for service. I took chicken burger combo, it was looking perfect, only problem was, a smell coming from the burger, I dont know what it was, other than that fries and even the filling in the burger was good. What Ella Ella doesn't like about Wendy's:
Worst customer service! We where waiting for a long time to order, but my husband had to use the washroom, I asked the cashier for the key and she rudely said to wait for her to attend to the other customers. All she needed to do was give him the key! We just left! Can’t believe how people are so unkind now days. View all feedback.

This is the second time in a row that they got my order wrong through the drive thru! Didn’t notice until I got home and to much of a pain to go back. How tough can it really be!
Food is always fresh,hot. Manager is always making sure orders are put out correctly and fast.Dietary restrictions: Safe foods for My celiac daughter.
The customer service was very bad the employees are racist and were very rude when there was a tiny mess even though we cleaned it don’t go
Just had to spend Father's Day weekend within sprinting distance of a washroom. Ditto for my son. This would be the second round of food poisoning that Ive had from this location in a calendar year, so I suppose that choice is on me. Reported it to the health unit this time. Definitely wont ever be returning or recommending, which is too bad because the location is convenient and the service has always been great.
