I had combo of a fresh roll, wonton soup and shrimp fried rice for $11.99. That ask if you like it spicy, and boy it is spicy and delicious! Everything had spice to it, from the fresh roll dipping sauce to the soup! It was very tasty, I would definitely recommend Viet Thai. View all feedback.
Great little spot. This is the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant that I have found in a long time. Friendly staff. Originally I requested a gluten free option and they said they did not have anything. I was able to speak with the cook who customized a meal for me. Amazing experience excellent prices and quick service. Well done!

I 've lived in Vietnam and travelled to Thailand, and this is hands down, the best place to get curry in London, and probably most of Canada. Their red curry w/chicken on rice, chef 's house special vermicelli, and cashew chicken are all to die for. Their fresh rolls are excellent (again, the best I 've had since coming back to Canada), and the same goes for their spring rolls (which, by the way, are huge). Their pho is at least as good or better than anyone in the city, although you won 't find a truly perfect bowl of Hanoi pho anywhere but in Vietnam. When it comes to spice, these people don 't screw around. Usually, 'medium ' spice is all people need, but if you 're looking for good, tasty heat, their 'spicy ' versions of just about any dish are fantastic including the fresh rolls! It 's true that it 's a small place, and doesn 't offer much in the way of ambience, but I 've never been one to care much about that when such good food is available. It 's clean, and that 's all that really matters. Their dishes are very reasonably priced, even by the standard of Vietnamese food, which is already generally inexpensive. This place beats the heck out of Ben Thanh.
The chef and hostess were very helpful to help my wife create a gluten free dish (she`s Celiac), they made her a yellow coconut curry chicken which was very good. I had the house pho which was pretty good, not the best broth I`ve had, but all the ingredients and sides were very fresh. The dining room is small and a little rough around the edges, but the prices were good and so was the food overall (skip the fried spring rolls, made with flour wrappers like chinese style instead of using rice wrapper so not like vietnames cha gio). Service was quick too.
Super nice owners and fantastic food. Well priced and delicious.
