My partner and I were a little distracted when we first arrived, as we were trying to finish packing for the day and send last-minute emails. We ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes for his mother to join us. Mike came back to check on us during that time but didn’t seem bothered by the wait; he was very friendly and understanding.

Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. They confused our reservation with someone else's and initially failed to confirm it through OpenTable. It was a birthday celebration, which I mentioned in person and noted in two separate places on the OpenTable reservation, yet they still overlooked it. As for the food, it was just average at best. Excellent eating. it takes a long time for their drinks from the bar, so make sure they do not order to get out of the kitchen before they get their drinks. they will be surprised how fast the food arrives, but how long the drinks can take,

Honestly, kinda just a typical P.F. Changs experience. Service: Meh. Store was basically empty. Came at 2pm on a Thursday, and it still felt overtly long for our food to come. Waiter also forgot about us later and I had to call someone over for our check. Food: Okay. Got the Mongolian beef bowl, looked good, but was just whatever. Probably could've made a more tasty meal myself, especially for the price. Rice was kinda hard, beef was kinda hard too. Got some fancy $6 dollar lime strawberry cucumber lemonade and basically was just limeade with cucumbers in it. Pass. There are other better places to go.
Still has good food. Portions are smaller but not a surprise in this current situation we are in.
