The drive-thru employee appeared to lack strong social skills. Perhaps outsourcing to India would improve the customer service experience. If the restaurant is open until 12, they should serve food until 12 instead of mistreating customers for ordering 20 minutes before closing at a fast food establishment. I didn't ask to be seated, so the employees shouldn't act like clowns. View all feedback.
The drive-thru attendant at 11:30pm on May 8th, 2024, was incredibly unprofessional. His customer service skills were terrible, and he even refused to serve me 30 minutes before closing time. I would appreciate being contacted about this experience and urge management to reprimand him.
