Sadly, this kind of rude behavior has become common not just with takeout, but also while dining in. The staff no longer seems friendly, and I feel like just another name on a customer list. It's disheartening to see a place that my family once loved decline in quality, and as a result, we've decided not to return. However, I will always treasure the wonderful memories we created there.

The food at Reececliff is consistently excellent! Our waitress was not only quick but also very personable. I ordered the Patty Melt with Onion Rings, and the portion of Onion Rings was truly impressive—large, with a light, crispy batter and thick slices! They were absolutely delicious! The marble rye was toasted to perfection, and the Patty Melt was topped with grilled onions. It was fantastic!

My friend and I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant on October 19, 2021, and I was genuinely impressed with my meal. I ordered the Tuesday Special, which featured Country Fried Chicken smothered in White Pepper Gravy, accompanied by three sides and freshly baked bread. I selected mashed potatoes with white pepper gravy, green beans, onion rings, and a cornbread muffin. The food was exceptional—truly unique, providing a gourmet experience in both flavor and presentation. The onion rings were possibly the best I've ever tasted, with a delightful, waffle-like batter. The sweet iced tea was perfectly brewed, and the chocolate cream pie with whipped cream for dessert was absolutely divine. Our server, Lee, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She remembered all the pie flavors and checked on us shortly after our meals were served. She also ensured that our sweet iced tea was always refilled during our visit. This charming vintage restaurant is a true gem, and I highly recommend it! We will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant has been a beloved favorite for many years, known for making everything from scratch! I tried their signature Reese Cliff hamburger loaded with toppings, and it was absolutely wonderful. My wife had the chopped sirloin steak, which was served with mashed potatoes, collard greens, and fried okra—all freshly prepared! We were too full for dessert, so we decided to take some of their homemade pies home with us. The onion rings that accompanied my burger were made from their special batter and were enormous; they could easily be a meal on their own. Although we had no room for dessert, we brought home a couple of slices of the tempting freshly baked apple pie. If it tastes as good as our meals did, we’re in for a real treat with our apple pie à la mode at home! There’s ample parking available, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. If you haven’t visited yet, it’s absolutely worth a trip for the inviting atmosphere and delicious flavors this place offers!

Exceptional home-cooked local cuisine! I went with some friends and we ordered three dishes, all of which were outstanding. I couldn't resist trying the country-fried steak, which was perfectly cooked—I asked for the gravy on the side. The meatloaf was truly commendable; it was just right. I also savored the turkey meal, which came with homemade mashed potatoes, gravy, and stuffing. It's clear why this restaurant has remained a favorite for so long. And be sure to try the sweet potato pie; it's the best I've ever had!
