Dunkin' - Lakeland

It was free donut day so took my grandson. Service was very prompt and friendly, and the coffees and donut were fresh.

Never carries my favorite flavor Donuts. The Chocolate Cream were the best ones since I was a Kid. The service in this Dunkin is better than the actual food sometimes. Not much in stock and my drink is never made the same way twice, so hard to enjoy it.

The ice coffee was amazing and had wonderful flavor. The only thing lacking was the jelly filled donut. It took several bits before even getting the the jelly and it was barley worth it.

Slaaaay. Stopped here with my gals to prep for a road trip. We all got the chocolate caramel cold brew. Unfortunately at this time they were running out of it so they had to make more before filling our orders. They worked fast and were very good at catering to us. Coffee was good and sweet but not too sweet or bitter/burnt tasting which I feel happens a lot. The inside set up is very nice and clean cut. Donuts were tasty as well. Would love to have a relaxed morning here or just a cheap breakfast option!

I used to love this place but my last few experiences haven't been so great the one blond haired girl that usually works in evenings is not to friendly of courtesy her and the other employees should be more understanding and friendly to new employees who are asking for help but being ignored I felt bad for the new girl.. and we used to love the bagels in the mornings but the quality not fresh anymore they are hard or almost burnt and the cream cheese never spread on them just a clump in middle
