Bob Evans - Lakeland

Went for dinner at what used to be one of our favorite places to eat. What a mistake! The hostess was snarly at best, uninterested totally. Our waitress finally came to the table to take our order. She was not any less snarly. We gave her our order she then said well do you want dessert? . We told her no. She left, came back a few minutes later wanting to know if we wanted bread, yes please, biscuits. Our food finally arrived. Veggies were slightly warm, meat only a little better. Biscuits....never arrived. We finished eating having not seen our waitress ever again. We had to ask for our bill. I can 't recall ever not leaving a tip for a server but this was my first. We will not be back.

We had the worst service we have ever had, at least at first. We waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at our table and it wasn't even our waiter. Took some more time for our male waiter to come to our table and take our order. That was the last time he even came to our table. Another waitress refilled our drinks and another waitress brought our food, which he even got that wrong. When the waitress came back with my wife's correct order, she asked if there was anything else and I said, yes, a different waiter. The rest of the time she took great care of us. The ladies were killing themselves waiting on tables and he just seemed like he wasn't even there. Is this the type of employees you keep employed? It even looked like the ladies were finishing most of his tables. I know help is hard to come by, but at my company he would have been gone in a heartbeat! The waitress that took good care of us was named Alexandria, the key Supervisor.

The service is good. Always have the best waitresses. The quality of food is not as good as it use to be. The pancakes were doughy.

Last time order and need to change my order 3 times because they don't have items and they don't even call me, this time try to have an order and 10:40 am they don't even have ready some gravy for the order... Waiting 20 min already for the order... If you want to eat, enjoy and don't worry about your order dont go right here..

I have used their delivery a few times without issue but this time they forgot half the order and I had to go up and get it. They threw in a banana bread and I wasn't upset as mistakes happen. My issue now is instead of their house ranch they put that watery and disgusting ranch packet dressing in a container instead of their house ranch, ruining the salad, and the macaroni and cheese had to be thrown away as some ingredient in it has turned sour. Hopefully I don't get sick from the few bites I took. Order mistakes are one thing, but the disregard ruining most of the food ruined it.
