The customer service was fantastic, but the bagels were quite mediocre. I apologize for saying this, but I drove over 30 minutes for what I hoped would be authentic New York/New Jersey bagels, and unfortunately, they turned out to be very dry. View all feedback.

The staff is friendly and quick. We placed an order for a few breakfast bagel sandwiches to-go. Unfortunately, the bagels were quite hard.
