Mcdonald's - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I have been trying to visit this restaurant for weeks and every time someone else ends up with my order. There are no employees at the window after 12 o'clock, even though the drive-thru supposedly operates 24 hours. They should put up a sign if they are not taking orders. Often there are a lot of cars waiting, sometimes even 10 or more, but no one is there to take the orders. People honk their horns but there is no... View all feedback. The dining room is now open with social distancing measures in place, such as employees wearing masks and customers sitting far apart. The self-service drink station and the play place are temporarily closed. I customized an iced coffee with extra cream. Self-order kiosks now open again, which makes customization easy.
