What Cameron Miller doesn't like about Arby's:
The food is decent, but it never justifies the price. The staff are consistently friendly, but my orders are frequently incorrect, resulting in extended waits or the hassle of having to return inside to resolve the mistakes. I don't visit this place anymore. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
I initially had a bad experience here because my drink and food order were messed up. However, I've decided to give it another try and I'm happy to say that my rating has gone from 2 stars to 4. This time, everything was much better! The food was fresh, the staff were polite, and my order was perfect. The mozzarella sticks were particularly good—hot and wonderfully stringy. They were delicious! I just wish they would give me more Arby’s sauce because it really adds to the overall flavor.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience! I ordered through DoorDash, and while the delivery was the fastest I've ever had from a delivery app, the food did not meet my expectations at all. I ordered three beef cheddar sandwiches, but each one barely had any cheddar—literally just a tiny piece! It was frustrating considering how much I paid for them. Additionally, I ordered two sets of mozzarella sticks—one with four pieces and another with six. They only sent one small container of marinara sauce, which was barely enough for three sticks. This place used to be so good, but I left feeling very let down.
We decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick meal before my daughter's gymnastics class, but unfortunately, all the food was cold as soon as we got it from the drive-thru. I didn't have time to turn back, and after spending over $50, we couldn’t eat any of it. The service was disappointing as well; the staff member spoke in a very monotone voice and didn't say thank you until I did. Overall, I would rate this experience poorly: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1, with a price per person of $50–100.
When I explained that the sandwich contained nothing but a white garlic sauce, peppers, and tiny pieces that tasted like mushrooms, he surprisingly claimed that those small bits were the meat!
You got my drink and food order wrong initially, but I’ve changed my rating from 2 stars to 4. We decided to give this place another chance, and it was a much better experience this time. The food was fresh, the staff were polite, and my order was completely correct. The mozzarella sticks were especially hot and gooey—so delicious! I just wish they would offer more of that amazing Arby’s sauce, as it's incredibly tasty.
