Awful . Ripped me off by charging me $20 for on my credit card! Won't ever go there again!!! Stat not friendly, manager not helpful.
I stopped by Cold Stone today and Allison was incredible. I initiated the order with 3 items and she was so kind, professional and efficient. While making my 3rd item I told her I had 2 more items and she did not hesitate or waiver in her kindness or professionalism. Even when more customers came in Allison remained poised! My family enjoyed their delicious ice cream selections!!! Thank you Allison?????????? WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!
Asked for a simple quote for a wedding cake. I was promised from Emily Wall that she would get back to me.After 3 weeks, I had to email her again and she replied a cpl weeks later saying she was so sorry and would get a quote to me.It's been yet another 3 weeks and nothing! So crazy how unprofessional businesses are. It's no wonder why they have only 4 stars which really should be less.Guess my money wasn't good enough for Emily Wall.Don't waste your time here

The staff was wonderful! Friendly, smiling, and helpful to say the least. The ice cream creations are top notch. Although it is a little pricey- it is definitely worth it!
