Pretty good, the food is alright, but the food service is horrible. i asked for lightly toasted and its either untoasted or completely burnt. its its continuously like this! and ive ordered for years. the atmosphere is really the only good thing other than the coffee, its a great atmosphere and the new redesign takes the cake, if they work on the service then this could be way better! Been here a couple of times and am now giving up going. Nothing taste right. I got a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea and it tasted like coffee ?
The kids are doing the best they can, Kali the Manager is the issue at this location. She is Not very customer friendly person.
This dunkin is awful. literally so bad. i ordered a coffee with cream and it was messed up. they always ask me what my order is even though i ordered it ahead on the app and they definitely have it right in front of them. just not the vibe.
