3:30-4pm on April 16. Whoever was in charge of drive thru was so loud on the speaker! Making unnecessary noises almost endlessly the whole time I sat in my car while my daughter was in Kumon. It was the worst 30 minutes! Very unprofessional. Unacceptable. The parents parked around me were furious as well.

No inside service 9 AM . Can't even get employees to work for them.

Every time we order from this Dunkin whether directly through the Dunkin app, Door Dash or in person… it’s wrong. Today we ordered half a dozen of donuts and instead of placing them neatly in a box they toss them all in a bag. Last week we ordered and they gave us extra hasbrowns but did not give us the breakfast sandwhich we ordered. Ordered through Door Dash and we get the pastries but no drinks… This Dunkin is garbage and lost a rewards member because they never get it right.
Long drive thru line so I got off line to go inside. Waited at the counter for 5 or more minutes with no help. Watched people that were behind me in the drive thru line drive up and get served first. So I walked
