Miguel's Jr. - Lake Elsinore

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was my first time trying this chain restaurant and I was very disappointed. The food was bland and tasted like buffet food. The service was also terrible, as I ordered salsa but it was not included in my order. The burrito I ordered was poorly made and the ingredients were too runny, causing it to fall apart. The quality of the tortilla was low and it tore in multiple spots. The dining options were limited, with only two benches outside or the drive-thru. The business owner also tried to manipulate their image on Google Maps by prioritizing stock images. I do not want a response from the business, as I have seen their standard replies before. I do not want to have to go out of my way to provide feedback, the responsibility should be on the business to address complaints.

The food may be pricier, but it is tasty. The real problem lies in the inconsistency of the drive-through service. My orders are repeatedly incorrect, including receiving someone else's order last time and missing hot sauce today, as well as being given a Dr. Pepper instead of a Diet Coke.

My dining experience at this restaurant did not meet my expectations. I had hoped that my second visit would be better, but I was disappointed. When I went to the takeout window, the employee seemed preoccupied and wasn't attentive to my needs. In my rush, I left without verifying if my order was correct. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that the side of guacamole I had ordered and paid for was missing from my bag.

I decided to try something new at this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The portions were generous and the meat for my DIY taco was delicious and tender. I would definitely recommend it.

I was in search of a quick and satisfying dinner, so I decided to stop at this restaurant and I was not let down. We ordered 6 tacos and a burrito, and despite making some changes to the order, they got it correct and served us promptly. The waitress who took our order was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we required. I will definitely be returning soon.
