Chili’s Grill - Lake City

I ordered through doordash and they didn’t put any garlic Parmesan sauce like I ordered. They wrote “out” next to the sauce and just gave me naked wings. You should’ve informed my doordash driver that way they could’ve messaged me to ask if I wanted a different flavor. That’s messed up to just give it like that.

Very disappointed in my recent experience with this restaurant. Ordered take out online and it said 20 mins, give or take, and my order will be ready. Got to the restaurant and was told by associate, Chelsea, that I would have to wait another 20 mins because they were busy, ok. So I waited. (It took a total of 45 60 minutes before I got my TAKE OUT order from start to finish mind you. Associate, Chelsea, finally came out with my order, bagged and tied everything up, and then I was on my way. Upon sitting down and opening everything up. I noticed that one of the entrees we ordered was missing French fries and another entrée was missing grilled chicken. Plus all of the entrees were cold. Called and spoke with, Jackie, that same day who apologized and said that she would reimburse me for the incorrectly prepared meals we ordered. Gave all my information and was told to wait for 3 business days. Now, after 3 business days and no refund. I reached out this establishment again, and this time I spoke with, Danelle, who assured me that they have my information, but will have to get back with me later on around 3 pm to make sure everything was straightened out with their corporate office, and the other manager, apparently. That time has come and passed which is one of the reasons why I am writing this review. If this is how this company chooses to do business with its customers than I will no longer give this company my business and I would 'strongly ' recommend to any and all customers who approach this company for any type of food service to be leery of the fact that they will dupe you and give you leftover garbage and expect you to swallow it and pay for it on top of that. Do Not Recommend!

Good place for a drink while you wait for your order. Food was tasty and service was fast.

When you sit down and it takes 25 minutes for the waitress to take your drink order and passes by your table and tells you that she will be right with you three times and never stops and to actually take your order. Looks like they don’t have enough servers. Shame on the Manager of this establishment, it’s not the servers fault there is not enough staff. Just took our order, let’s see how long before we get food. It is 1:24p, we sat down at 12:52p. We received our food at 1:45p. Just terrible service all the way around. My bacon chicken quesadillas has only one piece of chicken on each on, what a joke. Horrible food quality.
