Wasabi Japanese Sushi And Grill

My husband and I love the food here! The dining room is nothing fancy but their chicken hibachi is very good. They also have several dips that are all flavorful and go well with the food. Their starting salad is iceburg lettuce and not good, but the chicken more than makes up for it. They are also usually pretty efficient in service.

This place is a gem! I recently moved here from Virginia and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a decent Japanese restaurant. I've yet to taste the Hibachi, but the sushi and sashimi are dynamite! So fresh and great portions for the price. The white tuna sashimi is so fresh and melts in your mouth like butter. The Cowboy roll is one of my favorites. The service is also good. The only thing I would comment on is the atmosphere. It's very dark inside and could also really benefit from outdoor seating. That aside, this is one of my favorite restaurants in the Lake Charles area so far!

The best sushi in Lake Charles by far! The service is always amazing. Haven't tried anything that I haven't loved yet will definitely be returning for more!

I travel all the time and this place really surprised me as to how fresh friendly and quick the lunch too it was packed by locals! The atmosphere is a little dark but no problem park out back because the front is limited I will go back!

Best sushi in the Lake Charles area and definitely the best priced sushi as well!! Staff is always SO incredibly nice and the service is great. An easy place to order to go or to dine in, with a very large array of sushi to choose from. One of my favorites in LC.
