This is a fantastic spot for Indian cuisine. The bread is served hot and fresh with a delicious garlic butter topping. The hummus is full of flavor, the best in the city. Just a small basic Indian restaurant nothing too fancy but the flavors are really good. We stopped by for a quick bite on our way back to Houston thinking they still have their lunch buffet. However that's not the case currently they do not serve any buffet. That being said their menu is simple with a few Mediterranean options like Gyro and famous Indian dishes. The buffet at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced! I particularly enjoyed their butter chicken, one of the best I've had!
My husband and I eat here frequently and have never been let down. The food is consistently fresh and wonderfully flavorful. The service is excellent, with all staff members being very friendly.

Raja’s is a notebook in our restaurant lineup. They consistently deliver excellent service delicious foods day in the day trip. The fed chicken, chicken gyro over rice, and the Gulab Jamun are some of our favorite dishes at Raja. Lake Charles is lucky to have this gem of a restaurant!
Excellent, fresh warm food. Super clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The prices were very reasonable. Be definitely back!
