We visited Lake Arrowhead Village and chose to dine at Papagayos. We arrived promptly at 11 AM, and were seated immediately without any hassle. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and we didn’t have to wait long for our order. The restaurant was clean, and our waitress was very kind and attentive. The portion sizes were just right for the price. The food was good but the waitress seemed to not like us. We sat outside, then asked to sit inside, and she seemed to get mad at us. Then we had to keep asking for things, we asked for a straw and she flinged it at me. I told them twice that we had a birthday and they didn't do anything for the birthday.
