Domino's Pizza - Laguna Hills

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. The pizza we ordered was of very low quality and was served burnt. Despite submitting a complaint to Domino's online, we never received an apology or a refund from the restaurant. I will also be filing a complaint with the Orange County Health Department for serving food that caused stomach pain.

I have always been a fan of the pizza at this restaurant, but last Saturday night I ordered a pizza and the dough was partially raw. I tried to cook it for a little longer in the oven, but it did not meet my usual pizza standards. Unfortunately, I did not think to ask for a replacement until it was too late. I just wanted to let them know that they need to keep an eye on the cooking time or something as we were unable to eat it.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but every single time they forget to bring the accompanying sauces. Not only do they fail to provide a refund or a credit for a free pizza next time, but they also don't record the promise for future reference. Additionally, the soda they serve is room temperature. Overall, this establishment has poor customer service and I wish I could give them zero stars.

Pizza was delivered raw and when I called about the $50 order for a pizza, drink and brot, I was asked to prove it by a picktire. there was a loan for the next visit, but I would never go here or order from here aga8n. the man on the line of dominos was rude to me and the accuser. it is as if they advertise a wise and but do not follow their offers of satisfaction in all

Perfect pizza (try the Cheeseburger specialty pizza delivery always on time, friendly drivers. A great store!
